  Assistant Outlet Manager

 - Supervise good Guest service and serve Guests according to Hotel standard

 - Identify training needs for the team to maintain professionalism

 - Plan and conduct on and off job training

 - Attend daily briefing or meetings - Monitor sales and cost of outlet

 - Contribute new promotional ideas

 - Monitor duty roster on weekly basis

 - Resolve Guests’ complaints directly

 - Monitor hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet

Revenue Manager

- Drive Market share and Revenue Performance through proper pricing and business mix management;
- Develop overall pricing strategy to include all market segments and distribution channels;

- Ensure Group Selective Sell Guidelines (Group rates and Sales allowance) are updated

- Produce accurate forecast on weekly and monthly basis;

- Effectively manage inventory and pricing strategy in all distribution channels including Brand website
- Work with ADRM, to conduct regular price elasticity tests in various market conditions, measure results, and share key learning's
- Validate comp set RevPAR forecast by month to ensure effective soft spot calendar planning

- Develop and update Strategic Sales Plan with the Area/Director of Sales

- Review and analyze STR data on a weekly and monthly basis with Hotel;

- Closely monitor competitive pricing

- Compile weekly performance report to analyze key drivers to market share performance and understand overall effectiveness of strategies
- Complete understanding and effective execution of current and new RM tools, includes PMS, CRS, Third party extranets, Channel Manager, Rate Shopper, Smith Travel reports, Hotelligence Reports, Channel Reports, Pace reports

- Contribute and provide Revenue Management Strategic Vision

Marketing and E-Commerce Executive

- Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing and the Corporate Director of E-Commerce in developing and increasing traffic through social media..
- Assist Commerce in evaluating the performance of our branded website.

- Give suggestions for how to promote and improve the presence of the hotel on the web.

- Monitor, implement and execute the active presence of the property on all Social Media.

- Develop the e-newsletters and any other online advertising mediums pertaining to the property in addition to handling its presence on partners’ e-newsletters.
- Conduct regular quality assurance audits on the hotel’s descriptive content & images to ensure parity on all channels and integrity with brand website.
- Monitor and assess the property’s reviews on online portals .

- Assist in increasing direct internet traffic and drive online production.

- Assist in evaluating the online presence and rate position of immediate competitors.

- Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in monitoring and implementing the full year Online Marketing and advertising plan.

- Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in preparing all Marketing content for digital and print media platforms.

Painter

- Carry out all preparation works and decorate all ceilings and walls within the property

- Prepare and decorate all woodwork

- Strip and prepare all walls to take new wall paper as and when instructed to do so

- Repair and maintain existing wall coverings

- Carry out preventive maintenance schedules for all decorating jobs as directed by your superiors

Kitchen Technician

- Ensure that all kitchen equipment’s are properly maintained

- Perform preventive maintenance and completes the turn-over quickly and efficiently

- Respond to breakdowns of equipment’s and being available in case of emergency and applying the appropriate action as per Hotel policy and standards
- Ensure to be available in case of emergency

- Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests’ and colleagues’ health and safety

- Comply with the hotel environmental, health and safety policies and procedures

Telephone Operator

- Receive each guest call in a professional manner

- Maintain effective communication with all related department

- Handle every query in a polite manner

- Ensure guests are greeted by name upon calling

- Maintain an up to date knowledge of the hotel and local services

- Maintain an awareness of guest profile through the Opera guest profile system

- Complete management’s long distance call vouchers and record them on the traffic sheet

- Maintain the guest wakeup call sheet and deliver calls accordingly on time and to the established standard
- Ensure resulting in fast and efficient transferring of internal and external calls

- Take messages for guests and management as per the required standard.

Waiter/ Waitress

- Perform all necessary tasks to service food & beverage

- Greet and seat customers and serve them in a professional way

- Acquire knowledge of the menu of the assigned outlet in order to assist and provide advice to guests
- Consistently monitor quality of food & beverage being served - Practice good customer relations

- Responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet

- Responsible for all service preparations before, during and after the service (mis-en-place & mis-en-scene)

- Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage

- Actively use up selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue

Housekeeping Attendant

 - Receive work assignment, keys and supplies from the supervisor and sign the key log book accurately
- Clean rooms and bathrooms

- Keep fire exits and stair ways clear of any obstruction

- Check and report any maintenance work required immediately

- Pick up any litter from corridors and pathways

- Vacuum carpet, dust and wipe furniture, empty ashtrays and wastebaskets

- Make bed, wash sink, bathtub, toilet, tiles, mirrors and floor and polish brass and metal

- Replenish bathroom supplies and room supplies

- Tidy and arrange neatly guest toilet articles on vanity top and spot cleans carpet when necessary

- Clean and keep the guest corridors, service pantries and service areas neat and tidy at all times

- Remove Room Service tray and trolley from guestroom and corridors

- Inform valet service to collect guests clothes for laundry, dry cleaning or pressing services
