- Creative, quality driven out of box thinker The company is a highly respected and well-known restaurant operator of original upscale dining concepts in Vietnam and Thailand.
The various venues are leaders within their market segment and have a strong following amongst the trendy and quality conscious foodies.
They are currently in the process to develop new menus for some of their existing venues.
We are looking for a young, creative Consultant Chef based in Vietnam that can develop new menus, prototype dishes, prepare recipes and food costs, conduct food tastings and adjustments to finally roll out and train staff.
The candidate must have:
- Must be able to set standards and guide key staff.
- Creative flair, understanding and importance of presentation and quality ingredients.
- Outgoing, pleasant personality, good trainer with a keen eye for details.
- To understand our client's expectations our candidate must be familiar with some trendiest venues through previous work experience.
- The company expects from the candidate to be well versed in all aspects of kitchen management that includes strong administrative skills to prepare training material required for new menus.
- Full proficiency of English is a must and the educational background must include completion of High School or similar and latest menu/recipe development software.
The company provides a one-year contract with an excellent tax-free salary package including housing, return tickets, etc.
